SYNTAX	_aboveline( ARRAY array that defines the line, ARRAY array, STRING lag, STRING length)
RETURNS	Special
DESCRIPTION	Returns 1 if the elements of the array (between 'current bar minus lag' and 'the current bar minus lag minus length') are above the line that starts from the bar where the last condition occured to the current condition bar
