Hi,

After importing 1minute data and when you open for example 1hour chart (or you backtest a trading system using 1hour time frame), QuantShare will automatically convert 1min data to 1hour data.

I was placed my CSV ASCII files with 1 min timeframre data into one directory. Then - import them into QS via Data / ASCII Import. Process was finished without errors.
For imported symbols I created watchlist and symbols group.

When I select 1 min period - I see my imported data (from 2013-06-05 till to 2013-09-30). But when I change timeframe to daily - I got a message "No quotes for...". When I double click this message, QS start donwload it from somewhere and I see not my 4 monthes but strting from 2003.

Also when I try to create screener on Daily period - it scans all symbols but calculates only thouse of them, which was "double clicked". As I see - all minutes and hours periods are available, but daily and more - is not builded from 1 min.

I want to do a simple thing - import (only) my symbols from CSV ASCII files with 1 min timeframre, and work with them (only) on all timeframes in all functions (charting, screnner, smulator,...). Where I am wrong? What do I do not so?

Intraday and EOD data are saved in completely different databases. If you select "Daily" time frame then QuantShare will get data from the EOD database.

The 1-min data you imported is stored in the Intraday database.

You can also, select a custom intraday time frame and set the following time frame value: 86399 (one day in seconds)

Do we now have this capability of building EoD data from Intraday? If yes, how?

Yes but only when a real time data provider is enabled for the chart.

Only when real time data provider is enabled for the chart

Otherwise, you will have to create a script to build that.
