Hi,
I try to apply the comp function to count stocks with close > SMA(200) for a given symbols list.
The used symbol list is visible under "Symbols View".
When running this line of code
RUSSMA =Comp(close > sma(200), "sum",1,1, "Russel1000");
'RUSSMA' is still 'n. def' in the debug View of the formula window.

Any suggestions ?

regards

The "Comp" function does not work with the chart or the watchlist tools. That functions requires that all securities data to be loaded and thus it works with tools such as portfolio, trading system, composite, screener...

Hi,
Alright, the simulator seems to work with the "Comp" function.
Thanks for the response.
