Do one thing.
After you have added the formula to chart, go for Edit Formula Dynamically where you can see -26 in the Ref. column. There are two Ref. column containing -26 value. Just make it to +26. Others specifications are correct.

I am not a programmer, but the charts do not appear to be correct.Chikou Span(lagging),should be todays price plotted 26 bars ago.
It appears that QS is simply plotting ref(close,26).How would I plot todays close back 26 bars??

Also, the leading spans should be projected in the future

ref(close, 26) means "close" series back 26 bars.
To reference future bars simply use negative values in the second parameter.

Yes,I know that ref (close,26) means series 26 bars back..How do I take todays close and plot it 26 bars ago.The Chikou line should end 26 bars in the past.
Its a lagging span line. Also the leading lines should be plotted 26 periods in the future.

"Senkou Span B (Leading Span B): (52-period high + 52-period low)/2))
On the daily chart, this line is the mid point of the 52 day high-low range,
which is a little less than 3 months. The default calculation setting is
52 periods, but can be adjusted. This value is plotted 26 periods in the future
and forms the slower Cloud boundary.

Chikou Span (Lagging Span): Close plotted 26 days in the past
The default setting is 26 periods, but can be adjusted. "

Set "ref (close, -26)" instead of "ref (close,26)".
Senkou Span cannot be plotted in the future in QS.

I do not know if this will be read or not by QS as the thread is quite old. But, when you say "Senkou Span cannot be plotted in the future in QS", do you mean in never, ever or just in this version. I really need to be able to so just that not only for Ickimoku but also to correctly plot William's Alligator indicator.

Same as above without typos :)

What I meant is that you cannot see lines beyond the last trading bar.
