The Simulation module stopped plotting the results; all other features appear to be functional.

Did it stop plotting the results for all simulations? even after restarting the application?

Please send an email to support@quantshare.com with more information regarding this issue and with the last trace files (Trace directory under QuantShare directory).

yes , it completely stopped after several starts, no plots. A few minutes ago, I satrted Quanashare again, there is no charts in Simlulation. Just like yesterday a window opened asking to send report of "unexpected beahvior" which I did as I also did yesterday. I don't know how to access Quanashare Directory. The plot area is blank except the right hand scale has #'s from 0.2 to 1.2 in 0.2 increments.

Application directory is usually: C:\Program Files\CTrading\QuantShare

Please go to the following directory: (Replace [Account Name] by your account name within the application)
C:\Program Files\CTrading\QuantShare\Database\[Account Name]\TradingSystems\

Then send the trading system file (File with the same name than the trading system name) to support@quantshare.com

Do you get the same problem with other trading systems?

Trading financial instruments, including foreign exchange on margin, carries a high level of risk and is not suitable for all investors. The high degree of leverage can work against you as well as for you. Before deciding to invest in financial instruments or foreign exchange you should carefully consider your investment objectives, level of experience, and risk appetite. The possibility exists that you could sustain a loss of some or all of your initial investment and therefore you should not invest money that you cannot afford to lose. You should be aware of all the risks associated with trading and seek advice from an independent financial advisor if you have any doubts.
