Importing portfolio from a comma delimted file

I am trying to use the portfolio feature. Some of the things I am running into..

1. I have an existing stock portfolio. When I add the items into the portfolio, instead of adding a position it enters an order. I am unable to enter the price and date when I purchased it.
2. It would be easier if I can import a file with the ticker, quantity, price, and date information. This will allow me to quickly use the portfolio feature.

We will implement the ability to add old positions to a portfolio. And also a way to easily add several positions.
