Would like to perform a pattern analysis on several time units. Specifically, I am looking for promising combinations on the 4h level and the 5 minute level and to find and automatically act on them.
Maybe one of you has already created something similar and would like to share it with us.

I'd like to second this question. I have a signal that is much more powerful if I can confirm that it is active in a longer time period's chart.

Are there any functions that allow us to pull closing data at a particular index on a certain chart?

You can use the Timeframeapply function to access multiple time units data.

To get access to external symbols data, use GetSeries function.

Trading financial instruments, including foreign exchange on margin, carries a high level of risk and is not suitable for all investors. The high degree of leverage can work against you as well as for you. Before deciding to invest in financial instruments or foreign exchange you should carefully consider your investment objectives, level of experience, and risk appetite. The possibility exists that you could sustain a loss of some or all of your initial investment and therefore you should not invest money that you cannot afford to lose. You should be aware of all the risks associated with trading and seek advice from an independent financial advisor if you have any doubts.
