                                                   Measuring with cursor

I recall seeing in the lessons instructions on how to use the cursor or cross hairs to measure the point and percent move from one bar to another. Now, however I
cannot find it. How is this done?

Select the "Line" drawing tool then use it on the chart.
After that, right click on that line, select "Settings -> Distances" then check "X Axis.." or "Y Axis.." option.
