Lately, I am getting this error when I try to update the charts:

The database file is locked
database is locked
Possible cause:
- Low memory
- Low disk space
-------------------------------

I have plenty of space on my computer (more then 30GB free space) My Ram is 512 though. Is it because of the low Ram?

Thanks,

Mark

It is not because of Low memory or Low disk space.

Does this error occur often?
Are you running one or several downloaders at the same time?

Yes, I have the auto updated option on and there are about 5 databases that are updated simultaneously. I think I will turn off the auto updater and check.

Regards,

Mark

Trading financial instruments, including foreign exchange on margin, carries a high level of risk and is not suitable for all investors. The high degree of leverage can work against you as well as for you. Before deciding to invest in financial instruments or foreign exchange you should carefully consider your investment objectives, level of experience, and risk appetite. The possibility exists that you could sustain a loss of some or all of your initial investment and therefore you should not invest money that you cannot afford to lose. You should be aware of all the risks associated with trading and seek advice from an independent financial advisor if you have any doubts.
