Noticed that while not connected to IB, I do not show anything when opening the Trade Orders Monitor. (it is empty)

After connecting to IB, I now see a bunch of orphaned orders that I can not cancel. In most instances they are status of "Sent" or "Partially filled"

I have concerns about their existence. I also note that the ATS they were associated with has been deleted or decommissioned for real time trading.

I have attempted to delete using both cancel selected order and all orders.

Positions Monitor show correct positions.

Please advise.

Thank you.

Jim,

You should not be concerned about this since QS now works in simulated mode only.
These orders were sent by your portfolios but weren't completely filled or sent. Just ignore them.
We will add an option to delete orders from the trade orders monitor.

In absence of 2 way communication w/IB, I am using this to confirm holdings at the close of business, etc.

The option to delete already exists, just does not touch these orders...

Thanks for your help.

Trading financial instruments, including foreign exchange on margin, carries a high level of risk and is not suitable for all investors. The high degree of leverage can work against you as well as for you. Before deciding to invest in financial instruments or foreign exchange you should carefully consider your investment objectives, level of experience, and risk appetite. The possibility exists that you could sustain a loss of some or all of your initial investment and therefore you should not invest money that you cannot afford to lose. You should be aware of all the risks associated with trading and seek advice from an independent financial advisor if you have any doubts.
