I buy a older version and with "lifetime license" and now, after 1 or 2 years after back to this software, and I do not be able to donwload data!
AND IF WANT DOWNLOAD THE QUANTSHARE LINKED A PAGE TO DOWNLOAD SOME SCRIPT... BUT FOR THAT ... BUT AFTER
TRY INSTALL SAY THAT I HAVE UPGRADE THE VERSION ... AND PAY
I am not sure why you say it is false. It is clearly stated that the lifetime license includes on year of free access to the sharing server.
You can continue using QuantShare for life if you want. Access to the sharing server and upgrades are not mandatory.
Also, you can always access trading items (including downloaders) that you have installed in the past (in the first year).
If you cannot access an item or you cannot download a new version of an item you already downloaded in the past, please send an email to support. They can help you.
