Hello,

i just downloaded the help file from the download section. Can see the directory.

When trying to open a specific section I get a standard error message "Navigation to this website has been cancelled - recall the site again"

I found the issue:

Before the help file get's started Windows7 is asking for allowance to start the file: uncheck "always ask before start"...

I can get the help to work now. But this doesn't address the root cause of the problem.

Great fix.

I've been fighting this the whole time.

Please put this information/link on the CHM download page so other clients don't have to.

Thanks.

John

Where should I place the QuantShare.chm file so it opens from within the program?

I found out you can place it in the root folder wherever you installed Quantshare

Trading financial instruments, including foreign exchange on margin, carries a high level of risk and is not suitable for all investors. The high degree of leverage can work against you as well as for you. Before deciding to invest in financial instruments or foreign exchange you should carefully consider your investment objectives, level of experience, and risk appetite. The possibility exists that you could sustain a loss of some or all of your initial investment and therefore you should not invest money that you cannot afford to lose. You should be aware of all the risks associated with trading and seek advice from an independent financial advisor if you have any doubts.
