Yesterday (17/10/12) i have purchased QS.

I need your support on below topics. Please reply.

1) Currently I am using QS Premium version 2.9.3 How to upgrade it? Please explain
procedure.
2) How to change no. of threads in download manager?
3) Help me to set up - the script to automatically get real time snapshot data (using
Google downloader. New live ticks every few seconds for NSE stocks.
4) Send me the chatting server link.

Hi,

1) You will be prompted to upgrade your application automatically when a new version is released.

2) There is a thread option in the right panel.
You can also update the maximum number of threads per download item:
http://www.quantshare.com/title-715-downloader-will-not-allow-more-than-1-thread

3) Please follow instructions here:

Replace "Intraday Data for US Stocks" by "
Intraday Data for NSE Stocks" and make sure you install the following downloader:
Intraday Data for NSE Stocks

4) The chat service is available for sales-related questions only.

You are saying that it will prompt for upgrade. I am using QS version 2.9.3 & latest released version beta i.e. 2.9.4
Still no message for upgradation. And where it will prompt.. means in Software or in web site. Please reply.
