When I 'click' left or right the browse function skips over two stocks and lands on the third one up or down.

These buttons allow you to update all charts with the watchlist symbols. If you have 5 charts then when you click on "left" button, these five charts will be updated and the selection row will move by 5 rows.

I do not understand. Is there a training video you can recommend? Also how does one quickly get through a watch list one by one. Do you have to use the the mouse?

Yes, you have to. But only when you have more than one chart open. (in three time frame like me, then it browses 3 rows down every arrow-click).
This is a feature i requested too.
It would be great i there would be two arrows to browse by keyboard, one chart by another.
Maybe QS can control this by an option or programme some keyboard shortcuts to browse through the watchlist.

To browse through the watchlist one by one, simply click on a symbol and use the "UP" and "DOWN" keys.
You can also type letters to search for symbols.

I just realized that all I have to do to quickly get through a watch list is to use the down and up arrow keys.
