The dividend yield watchlist displays all U.S. stocks that have recently distributed dividends to their shareholders.
The watchlist displays three columns:
q div: Recent quarterly dividend amount per share paid
a div: Sum of the last four quarterly dividend amount per share paid
yield: current close price divided by the annual dividend amount per share (note that this is not the correct yield rate but an approximation)
You can sort these different columns and display for example the stocks that have the highest dividend yield rate.
Before using this watchlist, you need to download dividend data first. You can use the following downloader to create a custom dividend database and fill it with U.S. dividend data: Dividend Calendar
Trading financial instruments, including foreign exchange on margin, carries a high level of risk and is not suitable for all investors. The high degree of leverage can work against you as well as for you. Before deciding to invest in financial instruments or foreign exchange you should carefully consider your investment objectives, level of experience, and risk appetite. The possibility exists that you could sustain a loss of some or all of your initial investment and therefore you should not invest money that you cannot afford to lose. You should be aware of all the risks associated with trading and seek advice from an independent financial advisor if you have any doubts.
