Here is how to download historical EOD data for delisted or bankrupt stocks.

- Download this item
- Open it and start downloading
- The item will start downloading and adding EOD data to your database
- After several minutes, your Survivorship-bias-free historical database is ready

Note that downloading data may take some time but you have to do it only once. Once the historical delisted data is downloaded, you can use it for analysis, backtesting, composites%u2026

This delisted downloader gets historical quotes for more than 10000 U.S. previously listed companies. The data spans from 1984 to now.

A stock may be delisted voluntarily or involuntarily from an exchange for several reasons. This includes bankruptcy (the company goes out of business), merger/acquisition, the firm going private...

Note that delisted symbols are automatically added by this item. The company name, exchange (NYSE, NASDAQ, AMEX and OTC) and industry of each symbol are also included.
