Hong Kong Stock Exchange

The Hong Kong Stock Exchange is the stock exchange of Hong Kong. It is owned by the Hong Kong Exchanges and Clearing Limited and it lists more than one thousand companies. The Hong Kong Stock Exchange or HKEX, is the Asia's third largest stock exchange (based on market capitalization) just behind the Tokyo Stock Exchange and the Shanghai Stock Exchange.

The current list of symbols contains 1354 ticker symbols, it also contains all the listed companies' title or full name.

The Hang Send Index is the main stock index of the HKEX (Its symbol name in the current list is: HSI), it is composed of the 45 most market capitalized Hong Kong companies.

Historical end-of-day data can be downloaded for the Hong Kong Stock Exchange listed companies using the following downloader: Hong Kong Stock Exchange - historical data
