I downloaded the FOREX and FUTURES data and connected to a live feed but I still get a message to download the data anytime I try and load a FOREX chart
How do I get the chart to come up?

Hi,

Which downloader exactly did you run? Please note that QuantShare does not provide data, downloaders are shared by other members.

You can debug a downloader to see if it is working or not:

For Forex Intraday data please use the following one for example:
Forex Intraday Data

You need to run it in "Download -> Download Manager".

Regarding the "Live Forex" feed, after connecting it, click on "Not Live" at the bottom of the chart then select "Live Forex".
You can also backfill Forex data from that feed (instead of the downloader, which get data from a website) by clicking on the "Green circle" on the bottom/right corner of the chart then selecting "Backfill".

Trading financial instruments, including foreign exchange on margin, carries a high level of risk and is not suitable for all investors. The high degree of leverage can work against you as well as for you. Before deciding to invest in financial instruments or foreign exchange you should carefully consider your investment objectives, level of experience, and risk appetite. The possibility exists that you could sustain a loss of some or all of your initial investment and therefore you should not invest money that you cannot afford to lose. You should be aware of all the risks associated with trading and seek advice from an independent financial advisor if you have any doubts.
