Hi,

What is the stock symbol for India VIX? I want to download historical volatility chart for Nifty. Like Nifty it is ^S&P_CNX_NIFTY.

I tried searching in the forum but could find none.

The details of India VIX are given on nseindia website http://nseindia.com/ChartApp/install/charts/mainpage.jsp (please choose India Vix from the drop down.)

Thanks,

Mark
