Is there a way currently to trigger a Yahoo EOD download to run at 5 am every morning. I tried the task manager but it requires a script, but there is no way that I see to trigger a download from a script.

The next version will allow you to access the downloader plug-in from a script

You can use the download manager to create your own downloader with your own URLs. The script will let you access and execute these download items.

The new version is released
- Create a new task (Tools -> Task manager)
- Add a script with the following code: Downloader.StartDownloader("Yahoo EOD quotes");
- Select the Minute/Hour... , then click on "Add"

I attempted to schedule a script to be run and it would not. Any ideas as to how to troubleshoot? The script executes fine but will not do anything if scheduled.

You can also select whether the task opens the application if it is closed or not
Let me know if there is anything else I can do for you
