I think this software is great. It has a lot of bells and whistles and is fully customizable.
My biggest issue is the way the documentation is disjointed. A newbie doesn't know where to start. There are over 100 how-to's without a clear "start here".
A video with a crash course, maybe 3 to get a user's feet wet would be very helpful
Assume the person knows nothing about trading and carefully walks the user through concepts like identifying beta's (is that even on here?) and then into simple moving averages, and then finally into more advanced concepts like setting up buying signals.
This is just an idea. I find the plethora of knowledge overwhelming and not sure where to start.
I've played Dwarf Fortress, one of the highest learning curves ever in gaming, but I had a few how-to videos to watch. I see nothing of the sort on youtube for this software. Instead I see over 114 articles and not sure where to start, so I only look at specific how-tos on subjects I'm looking for information on, and even those I find lacking.
SEEING a knowledgeable user actually using the software (like learning how to play a board game) is imo the best way to learn.
