I just got started with Quantshare and trying it out with a 30 day trial. I am just going through the lessons and blog. It seems like your login server stops responding to any computers originating from a certain IP occasionally. It automatically comes back fter a few hours. Is this a restriction of the trial period or some other issue.
The software and website seems to work great for a while and then suddenly I can't access the website. During this outage I cannot start the software because it cannot login. If the software is already running, it continues to run.
This happens from all computers from this site. If I logout while the website is still working, then I can access all pages. Also if I use a VPN server, I can access the pages and the software also logs in. As soon as I diosconnect the VPN server, I cannot access the website.
I have disabled the firewall and all antivirus software and the same results. I have two computers with two different firewall software and have the same issue.
Of what I have seen until now, except for this issue, I am interested in buying the full license.
