Hi,

I have I7 serverr with 24GB of memory. However when using PBIL together with "Ultimate Trading System" Quantshare only uses 4% of cpu and 19% of memory. How can I increase performance?

Regards,
Dennis

Hi Dennis,

When you create an optimize item with PBIL, you need to check "Enable multithreading for this optimize item" on the second screen.

Yes I noticed that...however this does not work. What could be the cause of this?

You are trying to optimize a trading system right?
Can you try with a very simple trading system with just few optimizable variables then check your CPU usage?

If you still have issues, please send us an email

Trading financial instruments, including foreign exchange on margin, carries a high level of risk and is not suitable for all investors. The high degree of leverage can work against you as well as for you. Before deciding to invest in financial instruments or foreign exchange you should carefully consider your investment objectives, level of experience, and risk appetite. The possibility exists that you could sustain a loss of some or all of your initial investment and therefore you should not invest money that you cannot afford to lose. You should be aware of all the risks associated with trading and seek advice from an independent financial advisor if you have any doubts.
