hi ther ei'm using the latest quantshare on a mac w/ parallels and windows 7. Suddenly quantshare is not starting up it is saying "initializing" forever. thoughts?

hi, can you please send me the last log files in the "Trace" directory to support@quantshare.com (under "QuantShare" directory)
