Few months ago, we have released an item that allows you to export any kind of data from QuantShare to a csv file.
Later, the item was modified by Kyra and the ability to filter data and add columns labels were added to the script.
Today, we are modifying the script again to include the ability to define a specific time frame so that you can export not only daily but weekly, monthly, 1-min, 1-hour...
As said previously, the ability to define a time frame was added to the new script. The time frame is specified under the "Indicators" tab in the second line.
Example:
c:/test.txt
7
rsi(14)
close
Here seven "7" means that weekly data will be exported. Set "1" for daily data and a negative value for intraday data.
Example:
c:/test.txt
-60
rsi(14)
close
The above example will export 1-min data for RSI and close.
Trading financial instruments, including foreign exchange on margin, carries a high level of risk and is not suitable for all investors. The high degree of leverage can work against you as well as for you. Before deciding to invest in financial instruments or foreign exchange you should carefully consider your investment objectives, level of experience, and risk appetite. The possibility exists that you could sustain a loss of some or all of your initial investment and therefore you should not invest money that you cannot afford to lose. You should be aware of all the risks associated with trading and seek advice from an independent financial advisor if you have any doubts.
