It indicates I'm connected to my data supplier, but get a chart populated is not happening. Went the symbol route and added a symbol IBM (test) have no
clue where the List is saved to verify its on there so I know I'm asking for the right symbol for IB. Any help would be appreciated.

Well I got data feeding into a chart, not sure if its normal I have to select the data source again as it defaults to No Data Source.

Issue now is historic loads to yesterday, go intraday and you have a chart timeframe up to 2 hrs, when going intraday I just one candle trying to populate and no historic.

suggestions?

Found on the bottom of the left corner of the chart screen one can get a daily chart there, but when ever I go daily it just populates historic and won't go live?

Currently, the EOD chart doesn't go live. It gets data from EOD database only.
We will implement this feature soon.

Trading financial instruments, including foreign exchange on margin, carries a high level of risk and is not suitable for all investors. The high degree of leverage can work against you as well as for you. Before deciding to invest in financial instruments or foreign exchange you should carefully consider your investment objectives, level of experience, and risk appetite. The possibility exists that you could sustain a loss of some or all of your initial investment and therefore you should not invest money that you cannot afford to lose. You should be aware of all the risks associated with trading and seek advice from an independent financial advisor if you have any doubts.
