Dear Quantshare team,

I am not able to download the Bombay Stock Exchange data using Data Download Wizard. I am getting a (popup) message "Some parts were not correctly downloaded. Please try again".
I might be missing some installation step or procedure. Could you please help me in solving this issue?

Best Regards,
Syed

P.S.: I am also getting a similar message on downloading National Stock Exchange - India - the other data that I am interested in.

Visit the page and click on Download then double click on the downloaded file.
Let me know if this works for you.

Hi Quantshare team,

It works well here. Please go to the following directory (C:\Program Files\CTrading\QuantShare\Trace) and send the last Trace file to support@quantshare.com

Start the application first then when the error message is displayed, locate the trace file and send it to support@quantshare.com
