Hello, Very new to Quantshare. Though I had it set to update aotomatically when new futures quotes/datatbase data is available, but it's not working. Periodically gets stuck on a date. What am I missing? Thanks.

Hi Rob,

What is not working? The downloader (which one?) or another tool?

Futures and Forex historical data. I get a complete 100% and progress complete confirmation, but the last quote date is still 10/5/2010. I wanted to have futures quotes automatically updated every day.

This is because the provider (click on Update to see where the data comes from) did not update the data.

Please use other forex and futures downloaders.

Trading financial instruments, including foreign exchange on margin, carries a high level of risk and is not suitable for all investors. The high degree of leverage can work against you as well as for you. Before deciding to invest in financial instruments or foreign exchange you should carefully consider your investment objectives, level of experience, and risk appetite. The possibility exists that you could sustain a loss of some or all of your initial investment and therefore you should not invest money that you cannot afford to lose. You should be aware of all the risks associated with trading and seek advice from an independent financial advisor if you have any doubts.
