                                                   New Feature To Portfolio?

The reporting feature to the backtesting module is very good. Could you add the same reporting to the portfolio module? In this way, you could enter positions manually into a portfolio and over time, see all the statistics for those orders (including the equity curve).

I do realize you can hook a trading system into a portfolio and see the stats, but I am suggesting that you give the user the ability to see the statistics on all historical trades that have been entered (manually, thru backtesting module, or otherwise).

Thank you

Thank you for your consideration.

I have multiple trading accounts and I have been looking for a portfolio management tool where I could consolidate all trades from all accounts. Then be able to see stats based on this consolidated portfolio.

It seems like you have the pieces (portfolio and reporting module) in place, I'm hoping that you can provide the linkage to the users of quantshare.

Also, would you provide some mass insert (of manual trades) capability into the portfolio module. Possibly taking a csv file in a Quantshare format?

Yes. Good idea.

As a reference , I use smartmoney.com for this portfolio tracking functionality, but it does not have the statistical reporting that your package offers in the backtesting module.

Any idea when this might be implimented?

Keep up the good work, Thank you!
