The scrollbar located at the bottom of a chart is used to move the displayed start and end date of a chart. You can click on the left and right corner of this scrollbar to move the chart bar by bar. Right click on the scrollbar to open a menu. The first menu item allows you to select the displayed start and end dates. The second menu item allows you to lock the chart. The displayed start date will become the minimum chart date and the end date will become the maximum chart date. To unlock a chart, right click again on the scrollbar and select "Unlock Start & End Positions".
