To open the "Application Settings" menu, select "Accounts" then "Application Settings". In this form, you can update Visual, memory management, databases, editor, workers and toolstrip settings. In the Databases tab for example, you can specify how often the databases should be optimized. You can force an optimization by clicking on "Schedule databases optimization fot the next start" and then restart the application.
