I recently installed Quantshare license version, It worked well on day1, On day2 it just hanged, The screen just freezes. Is this known issue? Any solution available?

Hi
I have a similar issue sometimes. I'm not sure what causes it as I don't get any error message. I have to manually kill Quantshare in the Task Manager to close it. I've got some automated scripts running so not sure if this is the cause of this.

Guys is it resolve , i installed the quantshare recently as new customer and whenever i go to data screen where we have listed yahoo news , twits , notes , if these items does not have data for ticker than i just freeze , i need to kill it using task manager and have to reinstall it (since restarting starts in same configuration).

Please send us an email with instructions on how to reproduce it. Also, you do not have to reinstall the application if something wrong happens.
If you want to reset the workspace, just delete this file:
c:\program files\ctrading\quantshare\default.xml
This assumes that QuantShare is installed there and that your account/workspace name is "default".
