Hi,
I am noticing that when I switch from a linear scale to a log scale, the indicators beneath the price chart do not chart properly. They become broken lines as the scale is way off.
Volume is fine as the effect is not pronounced, but other indicators become a mess..

Is there a way to have the price plot log scale, while the indicator panel remains linear?

Its more out of curiousity and not terribly important

Thank you,

Allan

If your indicator has negative values then it is normal that it is not displayed correctly in a log scale.
You can put that indicator in a second pane then just update the scale of the first pane to log (right click on pane)

Trading financial instruments, including foreign exchange on margin, carries a high level of risk and is not suitable for all investors. The high degree of leverage can work against you as well as for you. Before deciding to invest in financial instruments or foreign exchange you should carefully consider your investment objectives, level of experience, and risk appetite. The possibility exists that you could sustain a loss of some or all of your initial investment and therefore you should not invest money that you cannot afford to lose. You should be aware of all the risks associated with trading and seek advice from an independent financial advisor if you have any doubts.
