This list contains the details of companies listed on the Santiago stock exchange; the list contains 175 symbols and includes additional information about the listed companies.
For each symbol I have included the company full name, the company description, the industry and the market that the stock belongs to, the end of fiscal year month.
The Santiago stock exchange website is www.bolsadesantiago.com and is a great source of information concerning stocks that trade in this exchange.
Unfortunately I wasn't able to find where to download stock quotes for the listed companies. I will keep searching but if anyone knows about a website where it is possible to download historical quotes data for the Chile stock market companies, please let me know; I will create a downloader item so we can bring quotes data to these symbols.
Trading financial instruments, including foreign exchange on margin, carries a high level of risk and is not suitable for all investors. The high degree of leverage can work against you as well as for you. Before deciding to invest in financial instruments or foreign exchange you should carefully consider your investment objectives, level of experience, and risk appetite. The possibility exists that you could sustain a loss of some or all of your initial investment and therefore you should not invest money that you cannot afford to lose. You should be aware of all the risks associated with trading and seek advice from an independent financial advisor if you have any doubts.
