This downloader gets free intraday 1-minute data from Alphavantage website. The data is available for the past 10 to 15 trading days and the current day is updated with real time data.
Before using this intraday downloader, you need to obtain first a free ApiKey from the Alphavantage website.
- Visit the www.alphavantage.co website
- Click on the "Get your free Api Key today" button
- Type in your first name, last name and email then click on the "Get Free Api Key" button
- Your Api Key will be displayed
- Back to QuantShare website, install the following item by clicking on the download button at the bottom then double clicking on the downloaded file
- In QuantShare program, install the item then open it in "Download -> Download Manager" (The item name is: Daily Historical Data - Alphavantage)
- In the first "apikey" tab, enter your Api Key then start downloading data
